The thing sticking up is the tumor, it is held up with a clamp of some sort. You can see a white tube behind, that is a stent. This is a tube left in so things can flow properly while healing. In the second picture the ureter (the tube that urine flows through from the kidney to the bladder) is folded back and the tumor is stcking up. It has a narrow part with a ball like thing at the end. It is called and epithelial tumor or polyp. It was 3 cm of hell.
