Tuesday, March 8th, 2005Surgery today was uneventful. They got a closer look at the tumors. Laser removal is not a practical solution what with the scarring that would take place and all. Now on to the more complicated measures. The one that looks to be most hopeful is taking out the piece of ureter, which is most of it and replacing it with a piece of his own intestine. They say they’ve done it, it’s rare, but it has been done. This brings me to evaluate healing and what it means. God told Christian he was going to heal him. Does that mean “poof” it’s all gone? Obviously not in our case. In the case of blind man in the Bible, when the disciples asked why he was blind, well here is what it says,
John 9:1 As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?
