Keeping on…
Keeping on…
We are home. Christian has two stents now. The hope is that they will keep things open enough to allow any other stones that were missed or may turn up to pass relatively pain free. I use that term loosely since I really have no idea what it is like to pass a kidney stone, especially through a male part. In 10 days we return for more x-rays and hopefully find out a course of action to combat kidney stones. My only response now is “drink more water”.

I’ve seen grown men cry because of kidney stones. Christian is such a trooper! Did they ever call you with the lab results to tell you what they are made out of? I am very interested to find out the composition of those stupid stones.

Yes, and if I’m not home I’ll leave a message and hopefully get back to me in a reasonable amount of time because I hate when I have to make two calls to get in touch with myself. Or, I could call the doctor. I may get further with that.
