Each day at 3pm the booth opens and you can purchase 1/2 price tickets for almost all of the on/off Broadway shows. We went and waited in line for about 40 minutes and paid about $45.00 bucks per ticket to see The Producers. We really enjoyed this one. It was a bit racy, but it is written by Mel Brooks. The lady translating for her 9 year old daughter next to me was superbly annoying, but didn’t detract from the humor of the show. The acting was good and the music was hilarious, noting the big finish song “Springtime For Hitler

Love the pics! I loooovveeeeddd the one of you and my guy Elvis! I thought the one with you next to the big “LOVE” sign was hilarious. If you look over your shoulder in the picture, there is a huge truck that, clear as day, is a sewage truck with “Cesspool” written on the side! (sing it with me: Love stinks! Yeah yeah! Love stinks!…..) (thank you The J. Geils Band).

These wax figures were insane. If you’ve never been to the Madame Tussaud’s museum, it is crazy. I could have never imagined how real they really look.

That’s one thing that the pictures kind of don’t show, since I think the flash from the camera makes them look a little shinier than they do in person, but (for some of them) standing there looking at them in the eyes the only way you can tell they aren’t real is that they aren’t breathing.

I want to go see Madame Tussaud’s. The only wax figures I’ve seen are the ones at the Hollywood Wax Museum, which didn’t look real.
I sometimes see pictures of celebrities standing next to their Madame Tussaud wax likeness, and I swear that you can’t tell which person is real sometimes!
