There is also a really good BBQ chicken sandwich at Wendy's. It worth 8 points on the "Weight Watchers" plan. This is with no fries and drinking water of coarse. Problem is, eating healthy is so much more expensive than eating the crap.

AND....you can always download the nutritional contents of most chain restaurants (from red lobster, to mac grill, to mickie d's...etc...) and make good, healthy and conscious decisions on what to order before you get to the restaurant.

McDonald's has an excellent grilled chicken sandwich and so does Carl's Jr. Both restaurants put bbq sauce on them instead of mayo (enough to give you that *zing* on your sandwich. I think Mickie D's also has a wheat bun, which is great. I usually pair a grilled chicken sandwich or a McVeggie burger (also very good in my opinion) with the fruit and yogurt parfait. I have a huge swet tooth, so it helps to satisfy that without just getting a load of empty calories (there's fruit and calcium in it too!).
That's my 2 cents.
And, order pizza without cheese. Really. You'll love it. I promise.

I think that I've decided that fast food is a waste of time (funny) unless I just want to pig out on a big fat burger. Which does happen, I must say. Otherwise, it's faster and easier to grab some stuff from home.
