Two lessons…one for me, and one for all of us.
Two lessons…one for me, and one for all of us.
1. For me:Don’t let anyone borrow my car.
2. For all of us: Let’s all be sure when we spill coffee with milk in someones car that we tell the person who owns the car it happened so they don’t wait a week to smell it and then spend two days trying to remove the smell.
As I scrubbed the carpet for the third time (Jared did it twice yesterday), I began to wonder if my 7th grade boys were watching me on candid camera, only minus the funny part.
Argh.

You let your 7th grade boys borrow your car? Nice.

Well, and another adult, who should have been responsible.

When Johanna’s milk spilled in my car it took less than 24 hours for the smell to be completely nauseating. Blahh! Pretty rude of her to not clean it up and tell you.

okay so that just happened to me with a bottle. I thought the lid was on…but nope…instead milk all over the back seat. I used Borax to clean te carpet and the car smells nice again. It worked really well and was cheap a box at kmart for 3.50. It has become my favorite cleaning product you can use that stuff everywhere….

Just to be clear, we aren’t sure exactly whose fault it was (or who in the car knew about it), since it was in the back seat; only that it happened that day. It was definitely gross, though.
