The 4th was a blast! We went to the Street Festival for about 10 minutes. A little boring in my opinion. Definitely not the p[lace kids want to be. Then we spent the rest of the day at the VC pool. Thanks Dan & Sara! The kids swam for about 5 hours, including the boys jumping off of the 3m board, and then the front row seat for the fireworks was amazing. The finale was great. ( Really, Jared, it was. 
) An A+ day!

It’s OK, I’m sure it was no big deal - I’ve seen plenty of fireworks shows in my day.
At least that’s what I’ll keep telling myself…
