you can get their stink glands removed and then have them as pets.

That’s what I’m wondering. I’ve never seen, only smelled, a wild skunk.

I’m glad you missed, that would have been a stinky mess. We see them at the park every now and then. Levi thinks they are kitties.

They ARE kitties. They call them Pole Cats in the south and back east. Pole Cat comes from the French, Poule Chat (chicken cat) because they are known for raiding chicken yards and eating the poultry. If you had lived in Arkansas you would know that.

I guess I should trust Levi. He knows more about kitties than I do!!

I had a feeling someone would think this was the actual one. Sadly, no, my photgraphic skills are not that good and my camera died in the Mammoth mountains, anyway. But, yes I was this close and he looked exactly like that.(They all look alike.) I don’t think I’ve ever seen a live running one.

if you were a skunk you would no doubt take offense to the gross generalizalion, “they all look alike.” each skunk is special in his/her own way. unfortuinately, i’ve even seen teen skunks hanging out at the corner teasing the other wimpy skunks with “skinny” white lines. very sad.
